1. Warranty Conditions
Products are eligible for warranty coverage if they meet the following conditions:
a. The product has a technical defect arising from the manufacturer’s production process, such as mold, strange taste, or expiration.
b. The product is still within the warranty period and has an invoice/warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
c. The product is damaged (bent, broken, etc.) during transportation.
2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Products will not be covered by warranty if any of the following conditions apply:
a. Violation of any warranty conditions specified in Section 1 above.
b. The product’s serial number or model is invalid (does not match the company’s records).
c. The customer has tampered with or altered the product.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or the date the product is received, depending on the specific product from each manufacturer.
4. Submitting Warranty Claims
